Sunday and midweek worship services, Connect Groups, and other ministry activities are some of the ways that Oaktree Anglican enables members to participate in the Great Commission while growing in relationship with God and with others.

Connect Groups are where members of Oaktree meet together to grow and learn about Jesus, to care for each other and support each other in our faith.

The mission statement of Oaktree Anglican is:

To glorify God,
proclaiming and following Jesus Christ,
in the power of the Spirit

Joining a Connect Group provides a regular opportunity to gather together with other Christians, where deep and lasting friendships may be fostered through prayer, bible study, outreach, having fun together, worship and mutual care of each other. In this way members of a Connect Group glorify God, proclaim and follow Jesus Christ, in the power of the Spirit, together.

As Oaktree continues to grow, Connect Groups are a foundational place to know and be known by others, to practise using or learning about your God given talents, gifts and skills, while being part of something much bigger which God is doing through the entire Church.

Our Connect Groups meet during the week at our churches as well as in a number of locations across the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne. A variety of groups enable people at different ages and life stages from young adults through to those young at heart to gather together in a group of like-minded people.
